  • When is maintenance available?

         We provide 24hr emergency maintenance. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! 


  • Is there a laundry room on property?

          Yes! The laundry care center is available to all residents and is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.


  • Is there assigned parking?

          For right now all parking is first come first serve. In the future we may have assigned parking. 

  • What if I do not have a social security card?

           A social security card is preferred or some form of a government issued picture I.D. 


  • What if I do  not have a drivers license/ I.D.?

          A drivers license/ I.D. is preferred or some form of a government issued picture id. There is no other exceptions, we will not accept your application without one. 


  • What if I do not have a previous lease?

           No problem! Previous leases are not required if you have never had one.


  • What are the requirements?

              We need to verify current or previous employment. You must have a secure income of at least 3x's the rent. We need three recent consecutive pay stubs. We need to verify current or previous rental history. We need to verify criminal records. No felonies for the last esven years. No DWI's, misdemeanors, and/or bodily injury records found in the last three years accepted. No recent broken leases or any judgements for non-payment of rent. 


  • What if I don't have pay-stubs I get paid in cash?

            If you get paid in cash and have no pay-stubs we can do an employment verification with your employer.


  • What if I have no credit this would be my first apartment?

            We can work with little or no credit.


  • What if I have a broken lease or a previous eviction?

            If you have a broken lease that was from at least 7 years ago we can work with you. If you have a  previous eviction unfortunetly we can not accept your application.


  • What will my deposit be?

            Our deposits range from $100 to $300 depending on your rental and credit history.


  • What do you need to fill out an application?

               You will need your drivers license or  I.D., your social security card, 3 pay stubs from your place of  employment, and a previous lease from where  you live now.


  • What bills need to be paid?

             We offer an ALL BILLS PAID property the only thing that needs to be paid is your rent!!


  • Do you have any monthly specials?

               Yes! Monthly specials will be posted on our web-site every month and in your local Greensheet!


  •  What Schools are in your area?

              We have Mc Masters Elementary (K-4) located just on the other side of Beltway 8, which also has a bus pick-up on property, Keller 5th & 6th Grade Center, San Jacinto Middle School, and  Pasadena High School.
